Le Square Gardette - - Paris
OPEN EVERY DAY
When former model Dienaba Ba and director Sebastian Jaudeau joined creative forces, Le Square Gardette was born. Transformed from an old sewing shop and bistro, the charismatic and eclectic Square Gardette offers an intimate and unique dining experience. Hidden in the 11th arrondissement, just steps away from the quiet and charming Square Maurice Gardette, on the corner of rue Saint-Ambroise and rue du Général Guilhem. A true hidden treasure in Paris that all the locals adore.
Stop by for your morning cafe, or enjoy your lunch on the terrace with the delicious "Sandwich du jour". In the evening Le Square Gardette offers an innovative dinner menu that's always changing, as well as a tapas menu that's perfect for an apéro amongst friends! If you're a lover of brunch, then you won't want to miss Le Square Gardette on Sunday mornings! Enjoy a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and a variety of choices that will make your mouth water. Le Square Gardette is no ordinary Parisian bistro, they also host acoustic concerts in the lounge area on select Sunday afternoons, as well as art/photography shows throughout the year.
Dina and Sebastian have surrounded themselves by the best, with the up-and-coming chef Aimeric LAHONDES (graduated from Ferrandi and was trained at Michelin-starred), as well as a Japanese pastry chef and an experienced sommelier.
The website Ten Days in Paris elected Square Gardette among the five best creations of Parisian restaurant in 2011.
